About CSEM

The College of Science Engineering and Management (CSEM) is an Independent College of Higher Education based in the West Midlands, England, United Kingdom.

We are offering both FE (Further Education) and HE (Higher Education) programs in various disciplines, the programs we offer to our candidates include: Business Management, Computing/Information Technology, Education and Training, Sports and Health Sciences.

Our programs are awarded by UK awarding bodies which are approved and recognised by the Ofqual. CSEM is an official Training Organization fully accredited by OTHM Qualifications, https://othm.org.uk/ . In the final stages of obtaining approval by Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE).

Our Level 7 diplomas, for example, awarded by OTHM or ATHE are on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and are at the same level as master’s degrees. However, they are shorter (120 credits) and learners would have to proceed to the dissertation stage (60 credits) with university to achieve a full master’s programme. Doctoral level programmes

Level 8 diplomas are taught programmes on the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). They also sit on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) at level 8 which is equivalent to DF-EHEA third cycle qualifications, comparable to doctorate level of study.

OTHM qualifications at level 8, represent knowledge, skills and competencies that are recognised in academic terms as being comparable level to Doctoral Degrees and Vocational Qualifications at Level 8.
